Directions
Take the contents of one pod (containing four supplements) daily with a meal. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.

Astaxanthin
Astaxanthin is a natural carotenoid with a distinctive red colour and the primary source of astaxanthin is the fresh water algae called Haematococcus pluvialis. In nature it is consumed by a variety of animals such as flamingoes and salmon which gives them their distinctive pink or red colouring.
Biotin
Contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and maintenance of normal hair.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Omega-6 Fatty Acids
